Lawler Construction, Inc. was established and licensed in October of 1985 by Jim and Cindy Lawler to build residential custom homes. In January of 1995, we received our large commercial license. In December of 2000, we received our combined residential and large commercial license.
Our main focus has always been custom homes, and always will be, since we find it challenging and exciting to work with clients in building their dream home. In the past several years we have incorporated "green construction" methods, with our newest aspect being renewable energy.
Jim and Cindy both grew up in the Verde Valley and raised two sons here. Their strong ties to the community coupled with Jim’s passion for building high quality custom homes, ensure that you will be delighted with your project. They won’t accept anything less than that, and will do everything possible to make your dreams come to reality. 1995 - 2000 — State of Arizona license #105572 B-01 for any size commercial construction projects
2000 - Present — State of Arizona license #160972 KB-01 combined residential and commercial license for any type of residential and commercial projects

We strive to communicate with our clients and to be as fair as we possibly can. Jim assists in supervision of all of our projects. Cindy helps clients with the selection process of the interior details. Together, the team works to ensure that the client has the best experience possible!
